ISIS Proefessional Proteus

Steps to do the first AVR project:

1. Write the program in Bascom AVR and Compile it.
2. Build the circuit in ISIS Professional (in Proteus package)
3. Program the AVR Microcontroller in ISIS and run the simulation.

At my full time job I currently teach at a local university. I have 2 years of experience as a technical manager at a computer company, dealing with day to day technical issues of PCs, Networks and small business servers.

At the momoment I am more focused on Electronics. I am learning Proteus simulation software and experiment with AVR Microcontroller.  As I go through the learning curve on this I will share the key projects that I think are of value to users. Occasionally you would need to have some background in Electronics, but I would try to make the explanations as clear as possible so that most readers with a keen interest in Electronics can follow my post. So let’s go ahead and get started with building an AVR programmer.
